Needed a new ice machine for our coffee shop asap. I called the first time and Laurie was incredibly helpful and friendly. Speed, knowledge, price, service everything was all I could ask for for several days of our transaction until pickup. Thanks so much!

Came in with a friend looking for a few things. Must have done something to cause the woman working there to decide we "weren't real customers." Answers to questions were brief and perfunctory. We asked for pricing and were condescendingly informed that the items were samples and sold by the case (we knew this.) We kept shopping, and heard the woman loudly tell someone else to watch the counter, that there was a couple in there "just looking." Might have bought that case of mugs, but not from someone who treats us like goo on a shoe. If you don't look right, whatever that means, don't walk through this door. Not sure what test we failed.

Shopping local with Bargreen Ellingson has definitely paid off for our business. As a first time restaurant owner, their personalized assistance in the design process (a huge thank you to Tami!), and timely and professional installation were invaluable. They continue to go “above and beyond” to remedy any problems that arise. Their customer service has been outstanding. Highly recommend.

A great place to spend a ton of money for glasware and knives and the bests pans in the whole spokane area.... The people are very nice also
