Barb's Soup's On Cafe

I really enjoyed my visit to this place. The tuna salad sandwich paired with a warm bowl of soup was flavorful and comforting. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The service was quick and welcoming, and the staff paid attention to every detail. It was an overall pleasant experience.

Great food, service and atmosphere. Cheese cake is delicious and home made! All dishes are home cooked.

Absolutely recommend Barb’s for catering! She helped us curate the perfect brunch menu, offering thoughtful suggestions to make sure every guest was taken care of. I wish I could highlight one favorite dish, but honestly—everything was *delicious*! Everyone at our shower couldn’t stop raving about the food. Barb went above and beyond on the day of the event, making sure the quiches and soup stayed warm and ready before guests arrived. Thank you so much, Barb!

Came into Barb's for lunch. Service was great. Got the haddock sandwich... outstanding. Hot, flaky, fluffy and great quality and taste. Will definitely be back.

Omg it was so good here! I’ve lived in Horseheads/Elmira area all my life and never tried this place until today. You will not be disappointed in what you get. I had the French onion soup, my son had the hot pepper cheese soup. Both were delicious and homemade. We both got sandwiches as well which were delicious. It’s very cozy inside plenty of booth and table seating. They have a deck with some table/umbrella seating. We were very pleased with our server, Jacob who was very attentive and nice! I will definitely be back again! They have a ramp for wheelchair access as well.
