I was in town last week on business, and I was told that I NEEDED to try Barberitos in Winston-Salem before I flew back to New Jersey. Best advice I've received ever!! The food, hospitality, and atmosphere were all AMAZING!! The guy behind the counter making my food was the G.O.A.T.!!! There was a muscular guy in the back that I could see making fresh guacamole, so I had to try it...best part of my meal!!! I went out to a fancy dinner at Rooster's Kitchen that night, but I couldn't stop thinking about the great lunch I just had! Overall, outrageously great experience and I can't wait be back!

Ordered delivery from this location and could not be more dissatisfied with the food we received. I understand we’re in the middle of a snowstorm and that we ordered later than usual, but after spending 8 hours at the emergency vet, we were honestly just looking for a reliable meal when we got home. What we received was completely unacceptable. We ordered two bowls with different meats and toppings. Both bowls came with undercooked, crunchy rice—which is literally half of the meal. One bowl included a sauce we did not order and overcooked ground beef that was also somehow crunchy. The other was flooded with an excessive amount of black beans and black bean liquid to the point where it was borderline inedible. This wasn’t a minor mistake or a rush-hour slip. Chipotle is so overhyped even though a gem like this exists. I got 700 portions of nachos for like $11, everything tastes super fresh, there’s options for vegan/vegetarians, it’s so good. The service is excellent, the staff is so kind and on top of things. On top of all of that, this is the first place where the restroom smells and looks IMMACULATE. It’s so clean I can’t even believe it. Definitely spend your money here, you will not be disappointed. (The watermelon mint drink is also to die for)

Excellent staff and superb food. My wife and I got nachos and honestly, we could have shared one of the orders and both been full. There is so much flavor in the chicken and beef. Absolutely top notch food.
