Barberitos

This is our first time and last time coming to this restaurant. I ordered two tacos that came with chips. I had ground beef, lettuce, and cheese on my tacos. As you can see, the beef was very greasy their pools of grease in the tin foil underneath my tacos. The ground beef really had no flavor to it, and the chips were greasy. I tried both salsa’s, the green salsa was a little too vinegary and there wasn’t a whole lot of flavor with the red salsa. My husband ordered the bowl with chicken and steak and he said it did not have any flavor to it. We were both very disappointed in this meal since we both love Mexican food.

The restaurant looks relaxing. You build your own burrito or bowl. The food was delicious but the staff seemed preoccupied. I eventually was spoken to. Then the order was awkward, it was difficult.

Robert at this Barberitos very bad attitude & rude , he fixed my food the whole time with an attitude when I asked him if he was having a bad day he said “are you having a bad day “ on top of everything NOBODY greeted me upon walk up . The WHOLE staff just looked like they didn’t wanna be there & I will be gladly calling the manager TOMORROW cause if I’m going to spend my money in a business I expect the best customer service there is to offer ! On the bright side the food was good even though he threw my meat on there any kinda way after I asked him POLITELY was he having a bad day

After 11 hours of driving, we walked over from our hotel hungry and scatterbrained. First thing we noticed: live music outside. Nice touch. Inside, bartender helped us screw our heads on a little better with delicious margs and helped us order food. Food came out quick and was the perfect meal for another day of driving tomorrow. Bar area had some lights right above the fans which make it seem like everything was glitching (welcome change from car headlights) but everything else was so good, we didn’t even care. Thank you for giving us exactly what we needed 💛

Were in town shopping and wanting to try something new. Had somewhat of an idea of what it was, mexican food. Stopped by and had a delightful time with a huge burrito, couple of tacos and a quesadilla. Surprised they gave us so many chips. So good, devoured that burrito. Staff went the extra mile and made my steak meat spicy upon request.
