Banh Mi Nuoc Mia Papa Hon

This is definitely the best viet place in El Paso! Everything they make tastes how it does in Vietnam. Banh mi are delicious, pho, the Vietnamese coffees. Very nice people also. Super authentic, even down to the Vietnamese music! We will keep coming back here

The Vibe Papa Hon is a wonderful restaurant. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. Always an incredible experience. Stomach full, happy smiles all around. ​The Food & Drink The Pho has a very delicious broth that compliments the hefty portions of meat and noodles. The sugarcane juice was refreshing, has a nice sweetness that isnt too sweet. Pairs well with the Pho. ​A Tip Please eat IN STORE, for a dish like Pho it's best enjoyed fresh. ​Verdict Papa Hon delivers on flavor, portions, authenticity of vietnamese cuisine. Truly a magnificent restaurant to visit.

I’ve been a regular customer at Banh Mi nuoc Mia – PapaHon, and they never disappoint! Today I ordered two pho to-go, a spring roll, and a refreshing nuoc Mia (sugarcane drink). Everything was delicious as always! They even surprised us with the viral mango ice cream — such a sweet treat! 🥭 They’re currently running a great weekend promotion: spend $50 or more and get the mango ice cream for free. Highly recommend this place for amazing Vietnamese food and friendly service!

This place is an absolute gem. The spring rolls are some of the best I’ve ever had—fresh, perfectly balanced, and packed with flavor. The Bánh Mì is amazing, with great bread, generous portions, and all the right textures and flavors in every bite. And don’t even get me started on the coconut coffee—rich, smooth, and perfectly sweet. It’s honestly one of the best I’ve had anywhere. Everything tastes fresh and made with care. If you’re a fan of Vietnamese food, this spot is a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Excellent Phở, authentic & hot when served. Bánh mì was freshly made daily. It’s a small casual little deli but perfect for a quick meal especially for out-of-town travelers looking for authentic Vietnamese food. The coffee is also deliciously authentic because it’s super strong as Vietnamese coffee should be.
