Banh Mi Factory & Pho

Spring rolls and pho were good. Bright nice layout and clean. The young employees were nice and welcoming. It was also nice that a waiter put our leftover pho in containers for us so we didn't have to worry about spilling. Only negative was that it was a bit distracting having the cook sitting at the end table by the TV channel hoping through Christmas music videos before each one finished.

I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for dining any day of the week, with frequent visits of up to three times a week. The staff's exceptional hospitality, kindness and assistance keeps me coming back. They are truly kind individuals. Dzung, Tam and Jonathan are the best.

Today was our first visit to this establishment. We cannot say enough great things about it!!! The Pho was incredible! The broth was outstanding. The selection of drinks was great!! Matcha and coffees were outstanding. Service was friendly and the food came out quick! We will definitely be returning.

Nice modern decor. Food tasted great & fresh. My grilled chicken banh mi was tasty, but smaller than others I’ve had in the past. My partner had the short rib pho & loved it. Drinks were a 5/5. Highly recommend the purple haze- the taro & coffee goes so well together. Everything was self serve, with the exception of the staff serving our foods. Very different, but we didn’t mind it once we realized. Only other criticism would be that they need descriptions of the items on their menu. Other than that, we would definitely come back!

Tried this place and pho for the first time and it was amazing. I ordered the BBQ pork spring rolls; pho combo - pho dac biet; and the matcha freeze with lychee jelly. The spring rolls were super fresh, the pho was hot and flavorful, and the matcha was tasty as well. There was so much food included in the pho that I could've shared it between two people, so definitely worth the price! I paid a little over $30 for everything
