Food is good but the workers are super rude. Today while there i grabbed my already made food from their counter and their hot hold. I grabbed a fried rice plate from their hot hold and the one behind it fell out after i took mine out. I apologized out of courtesy and while being charged they told me it was my fault that i will have to pay for it. Their hot hold is at an angle so that when you grab an item the rest slide down. So when they told me to pay for it i told them no it was my fault… they acted like they didnt understand and continued to try to charge me for the fallen plate of food. I told them no and then stoppd and said i was just not gonna take anything and walked out. So buyer beware! I've been coming here for food since 2016 so this is a review that is long overdue. Pros: They serve decent fast food/take out style Vietnamese food at affordable prices. Prices had risen due to inflation but that is to be expected. Cons: The service can be all over the place. Expect to deal with unenthusiastic staff, language barriers and sometimes slow services.

The food here was delicious. I really enjoyed it. Especially the milk tea it was my first time trying it. If I were to choose Tai Tea or Milk Tea. I would choose milk tea. The milk tea from here is perfect. It is tasty. My favorite was Tai Tea to drink. But now my favorite drink is the milk tea. I appreciate the service here. The beef teriyaki sandwich has a soft bread and delicious taste. The red hot sauce is delicious to put on the sandwich.😍

The place at Lower Azusa Plaza, the area good, around it got Yoshinoya too, The place small, but the food yummy with good price at $ 7.50 for rice set (you can choose for teriyaki chicken the new menu, or BBQ pork, chicken leg, and pork chop) all comes with egg and rice. For my self, it can be very cheap and delicious lunch. They also have promo if you purchase rice set with total amount min $ 20 , they give you boba milk tea. For boba drinks with price $ 6 will be buy 1 get 1 free! Recommended!

THESE PEOPLE WOULD DISCRIMINATE YOU IF YOU ARE OF COLOR!! I went in the other day to get spring rolls and three baguettes and I ate my spring rolls and while I waited for my baguettes and I realized I threw away my receipt. I went up to them and had told them that I ordered the baguettes but threw him a receipt, but had the proof of receipt and date on my Apple wallet. They made such a big deal out of nothing and I even told them to ask the lady that rung me up and then seemed confused as if she had never rung me up. They were OK with the proof from my Apple wallet that I had paid, but once I picked up my baguettes, I went to my car which was parked right in front of the store and one of the workers came running to me as I was backing up and still ask for my receipt when I had showed proof
