Bangla Cook

We had an amazing experience at Bangla Cook. Tasnuva’s Bangladeshi tasting menu was thoughtful, creative, and full of deep, layered flavors. The beef cheek was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the roasted cauliflower was original and perfectly cooked. Service was attentive without ever feeling rushed; the pacing of the courses was spot-on. There were also clearly marked vegetarian options, and you can tell they put real care into accommodating preferences and restrictions. Highly recommended if you love food, good conversation, and unique dining experiences in the Bay Area.

Every dish was flavorful, and I loved the close-knit atmosphere because I was able to make friends with complete strangers and not feel like it was awkward lol definitely looking forward to going back again

Had a wonderful experience trying Bangladeshi cuisine cooked and prepared by Tas! She was gracious enough to invite us to share a meal with strangers but by the end of the night we were all bonding and laughing together over delicious food! Each dish was better than the next but the dessert and milk punch were definitely stand outs! I had never tried Bangladeshi food before, but I enjoyed how flavorful and thoughtful every dish was prepared and presented! Tas did a great job curating the menu and hosting us! It was such a blast and I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try new cuisines while meeting new people! Great job, keep up the excellent cooking :)

I had a wonderful evening enjoying delicious Bangladeshi cuisine. It was more than just savoring amazing food; it was also about meeting and engaging in discussions with incredible people. Tas is an excellent host who takes the time to introduce each of her dishes to her guests. I highly recommend this Bangladeshi meal experience, which is made from scratch and served in a lovely environment. Don't miss the clarified milk punch—it's a must-try and pairs perfectly with all the food!

Highly recommend the chef's cooking! An authentic Bangladeshi experience in San Jose. My favorite dish of the 6 course menu was the Beef Bhuna (juicy beef curry), and the handcrafted clarified milk punch was an excellent drink. The dinner is set up as a group experience, also allowing great conversations to happen.
