Bam's Pizzeria

This was a fun spot! I've been past here a million times taking kids to camp but never stopped in. Today however was that day... got a large Boston on regular crust. Very tasty just hit the spot. Got Real Cokes too the Mexican kind with Cane sugar! Then topped it of with their ice cream Zanzibar! Good friendly server running the whole show today.

We stopped to get ice cream after finding this place online. It said they were open until 10. We pulled in at 830 and all the signs were off. I called because I had already drove there and my kids wanted ice cream. They said they weren’t making pizza anymore but could get ice cream. I regret going in. They didn’t have over half of the flavors. My son got a single scoop of cotton candy. It wouldn’t even keep a scoop shape it was melty and an odd texture. I got chocolate cherry. It was extremely frost bitten large and obviously chunks of icey frost bite. Spent $10 on ice cream just to throw it away. Service wasn’t bad. But it wasn’t good. Places like this make me lose hope in small businesses. I try to shop local but this quality and service is unacceptable. Won’t return.

**Update: We ordered a large pizza and some wings. The wings were good. We ordered "hot" but they weren't hot but had a nice "buffalo" flavor to them for sure and we enjoyed that flavor though (just beware if you expect it hot - but seems the range of hot is wildly large amongst folks). Most of the other options had some sweetness in the sauce so if you like that I'm sure it's good. The ranch ( homemade I think?) was tasty. The pizza was good with a good amount of cheese on it. It was half Boston / half veggie. Good place to grab some food on your way home from work! I’ll need to update the review once we try this place again and actually try the true pizza options. Optimistic to give them a bump up. Last Saturday my husband and I ordered to go while on our way out of town. The taco salad

OMG awesome awesome place I love it the pizza the ice cream the Service OMG OMG OMG. And I specifically loved Mohammad amazing and helpful guy.

I was a little shocked by one low star review as we had one of the better pizzas we’ve had last night! The cheese has a nice taste & pizza was not soggy but hot & crispy. We also had cheesy bread sticks. We are excited to try a supreme next time along with the ice cream. Excellent service & a reasonable price. We’ve tried a lot of pizza places in Cedar Rapids that tend to taste frozen. Give Bams a try you won’t be disappointed!
