Bamboozle Heights

I’m bamboozled by how great the food is and how nice the service is. Clean outdoor patio seating as well as indoor. Awesome vegan options. Can’t go wrong with the curries or the bahn mi but we’ve also had the pho and cookies too. If you’re lucky they might have free samples of the cookies and Vietnamese coffee. Handicap ramp and parking spot is appreciated!

Wow everything was so fresh and flavorful. Really cute place as well. For starters got the boozle iced Vietnamese coffee which has a toffee crunch chunk 🤤. I got a pho soup with veggies and asked for spicy. 🌶️ they certainly delivered. So good. Topped it off with a sesame miso cookie which was delicious!

My friend chose this establishment to celebrate her birthday dinner. The aesthetics are cute providing indoor and outdoor seating. It was our first time looking at the menu and there was a variety to choose from. We ordered the beef pho, yellow curry, two different fresh springs rolls, dumplings and a Thai tea!! My friend said it was the best pho she has ever had. My curry dish was plentiful and I enjoyed my traditional fresh spring roll. It is order at the counter and self seating. We arrived right after the rush as they were packed inside.

Not sure how this place has some 1star reviews because I’m the pickiest Chicago food critic and I was pleasantly surprised to say this is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I’ve ever been to in the US. From their lattes to their food and sad to say I had no room for dessert everything was delicious. They have these hearty spring rolls with jumbo shrimp and chopped BBQ pork. It was like a meal in itself. My friends ordered pho and they were raving about the broth and beef. I had their braised oxtails with freshly cooked vegetables with choice of brown or white rice. I was able to taste some star anise and lemongrass. Food was so fresh and fragrant. The decor is quaint and the restrooms are very clean and tidy. Service was friendly and inviting. I would definitely recommend you try even

Service was great the environment was nice. me and my husband both got the beef pho and this is the first time I've ever had it to where it was actually lacking flavor. All we could taste was cinnamon to the point that it was too overpowering. I've been eating pho for 30 some years and never had it to where the cinnamon was so overpowering and where it lacked flavor like this. I can't speak on the other menu items except for the crab rangoons which were very good they had real crab in them not imitation crab. I do not recommend their pho.
