Customer Reviews
The Garner location some times feels like the forgotten child in the Bali Hai family but I have to say that they do a great job here. The staff is helpful and easy to get along with. The cook knows his spice levels pretty well. I have never had a bad dish here.
Ummm what is this place? What kind of shell of a restaurant is this supposed to be? There is absolutely no interaction with anyone the moment you walk in the door. You better hope you know how to go down the line and add the stuff to your bowls yourself. Also, the meat is all weirdly frozen? I’ve been to many places like this and never seen frozen meat before. There are no sauces or really any green options on the bar for your dish. There are only bottled drinks from a small fridge. The tables seem to all seat 6 or more people and they are oddly arranged on one side of the room. The waiting area for to go food looks like the waiting area for a DMV. There is no music. There are ghost of hibachi past that loom behind the buffet. I honestly feel like this is the backrooms. All the food is pac
If I could give a zero rating for this I would. I don’t know how they are still open. The service is terrible. The noodles were mushy, no broccoli, no white sauce, only bottled drinks, and $3 extra for chicken. I only got a couple of shaved pieces of chicken. Their ordering is weird. They weigh your food. The math doesn’t add up. They kept fussing at us to sit down. My husband got fussed at when he was asking what I wanted to drink. Worst experience. Definitely will not return
2024 update- is just meh now. Food is only provided in takeout containers even when eating in but I guess that's ok...I wonder if their other locations are any better? First time going since they moved. The location is really big. Assuming they get a lot of business? The fifth star could be earned if you could take your leftovers!! That kinda bugs me.
The BEST Mongolian food around. It’s not a fancy place and you help yourself but it’s worth every bite. You fix your bowls, pick your sauce and give the platter to the chef. The lady calls your name when ready and weighs the container for the price. Simple and scrumptious.
