Baldwin Public Library

For library it can be very loud and it's not the children. Adults will have full volume conversations at the reference desk next to the "Quiet Room" which makes the Quiet Room not so quiet. Makes it very distracting to study.

Well organized, neat, big computer area and comfortable study spaces. Although not to big, best use of space.

Has many of my favorite authors and much more.

Concern Regarding Noise Levels and Customer Service at Baldwin Public Library Dear Baldwin Public Library Management, I am writing to express my concern regarding the current atmosphere and customer service at Baldwin Public Library. I have visited the library on several occasions, and each time, I have encountered issues that detract from what should be a conducive environment for reading and studying. Firstly, I have noticed that the noise levels within the library are consistently high. Patrons are often loud, and unfortunately, the staff does not seem to address this issue. In fact, the staff themselves contribute to the noise, making it clear that the importance of maintaining a quiet environment is not a priority. This creates a disruptive atmosphere, making it difficult to find a

My kids favorite place.I They deserve 5+ stars.Really nice staff.I mostly go there in the evening and weekends.They are really nice and they have lot of patience working with kids.Ms Meron, Ms Martha, Ms Ashley and many I can name.Always help kids with their request .Thank you Baldwin Library ❤️
