I've used Balaboosta catering for the organization i lead numerous times and cannot say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them and have been the best catering in Maine I've worked with. Additionally, we've had dietary restrictions for our events every time, including gluten free and dairy free and vegetarian and Balaboosta has been able to.accomodate without sacrificing on flavor or presentation. We have not used any other catering since we discovered Balaboosta and gave recommended then to many others.
I adore Balaboosta! The food is creative and delicious, and the hospitality at the pop-ups is out of this world! If you haven't already feasted with Chef Ali, you are missing out.
I always enjoy the food from Balaboosta. In addition to great food Ali brings a personal touch to all she makes.
