You can taste the care in every bite — perfectly flaky, balanced sweetness, and rich flavor. DO NOT get fooled by the humble storefront. The owner was so welcoming and offered us a sample as soon as we walked in, which immediately set the tone. Friendly, kind, and clearly passionate about what they do. In reality, this is an open science lab where food is prepared with surgical accuracy and genuine love. Visitors can observe the process: sheets of silky, paper-thin dough layered with care, fillings placed with exactitude, and trays baked in state-of-the-art controlled ovens. Even the syrup is measured to the milligram on digital scales. Throughout it all, the team is happy to smile and pose for your selfies. The "pickup only" model exists because the owner is adamant that you receive the product at the absolute peak of freshness. He doesn’t just ask—he practically commands—that you never store his baklava in the fridge.

The best baklava in town, it’s even better than the one in Turkey. I like the pistachio baklava and you need to call them ahead to place your order. Great service and great baklava, it is light and not too sweet. Highly recommended
