My parents had gotten me Bánh mí's here since I was probably 9yrs old so over 2 decades!!! I've tried other places but you can beat them and for the quality and price. Other places like pho restaurants start cutting amount of ingredients like meats, veggies etc. Other sandwich spots don't make the bread like Baker's Palace either. I will continue to support this business until I die!!! And you should too!
This is such a sweet little shop. They have wonderful pickles made fresh daily, delicious Bahn Mi sandwiches and all sorts of little creations to go. Sticky rice, chicken over ginger, spring rolls, buns, and delicious Vietnamese desserts that I’ll never be able to pronounce. The Bahn Mi are amazing on fresh bread and you can buy baguettes too along with Vietnamese sausage to make your own at home. I haven’t tried the Boba yet but it’s on my list. This is like going to your aunt’s house and having her make you a sandwich. It feels just like family. Five stars. Cảm ơn
I ONLY buy my bánh mì from Baker's Palace. As much as my mother tells me to try other places nearby (which I have given chances), I only prefer Baker's Palace and absolutely refuse to go anywhere else. First of all, their bread is freshly made everyday. They also fill the sandwiches full and don't skimp. Once you get used to that standard, other places seem to fall short. I also love their desserts like Chè Chuối (banana tapioca pudding) and sticky rice with coconut. These are the flavors I grew up on and their quality is amazing!!
One of my favorite Vietnamese bakeries in the area. It truly is a hole in the wall type of place. It is very small with an equally small, slightly sketchy looking parking lot. The interior is a no frills or deco type of bakery and is all grab and go. They aren't as busy or offer as much items as their competitors, but I wouldn't write them off because of it. I'm happy to say that their deals on the sandwiches (buy 5 get 1 free) and the pate chaud or banh bao (buy 10 get 1 free) are still going strong. We ordered 2 sandwiches, 10 pate chaud and 1 banh bao for my son. Everything we had tasted delicious and the prices were decent in comparison to their competitors. We all thoroughly enjoyed the food. I did feel like my grilled pork sandwich could've used my meat in it, but that's my only com
Amazing and perfect bánh mi! Tastiest and crunchy/soft bread, fresh veggies. The pickled veg. Has just the right heat. Pork grilled and dried was excellent. Enjoy yours parked next to the dumpster, as all good meals on Federal should.
