Mark and his wife are the ultimate dream team and such a pleasure to work with. Despite a packed wedding weekend, they created the most beautiful cake for our daughter’s first birthday, and we couldn’t have been more grateful. I let Mark pick the flavor combinations, and he completely nailed it—the cake was not only stunning but also the best we’ve ever had. We are so honored that they took the time to create such a special memory for us.

We ordered a cake for our baby’s first birthday from Chef Mark and his team at Baker’s Man Inc, and I truly cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, Chef Mark was an absolute joy to work with - responsive, kind, professional, and so easy to communicate with. I had reached out to several other bakers before finding him, and no one else even replied. I’m so glad he did, because the entire experience was seamless, from our first exchange to the smooth courier delivery. And the cake? Wow. It was a total showstopper - both beautiful and delicious. The level of detail was incredible. The handcrafted sea animals matched our party decor perfectly, and the smash cake was beyond adorable. Our baby loved it, and so did everyone else! We had Bakers Man create our wedding cake and a personal cake for our little boy and wow! Absolutely beautiful, such a hit with the guests over the realism of the sugar flowers and leaves. And of course the cakes were delicious ( I walked in on my inlaws scraping the cake tray for a few last bites.) I had been in an email chain with Mark for months and he was always very polite and communicative. I asked for quite a few flavors in the cake, and I changed my mind a few times on the colors of the florals/ greenery on the cake, but Mark was always understanding and accommodating! Mark was so professional and easy to work with! Not only that, but we got TONS of compliments on our cake at our wedding. The flavor combination he put together was unique and SO delicious, and both we and our guests absolutely loved it. We couldn’t recommend the Bakers Man more!!

The artistry was amazing! I could never have imagined what you came up with. My guests were very impressed. While I thought that the cakes at the tasting were good, what you brought to the event was even better. The cakes were great!! You have caused me to make a change in my diet.
