Baker's Field Flour & Bread

I'm so glad I found this place. I was looking for a local place that made rye bread and after some Internet search I landed on their website. Freshly baked local bread, a lot of whole grain options, freshly milled flour, pancake mix - so many reasons to shop here. Anything you bake or any dish you make with their flours, you can taste the quality and freshness. I recently tried their savory scones; while placing the order I requested if I could get half in one flavor and half in another. They obliged! Everyone we have interacted with here is great. Will keep going back.

I love this place! I scoped this place out for 2 years before pulling the trigger and buying their flour. All of the flour is stone milled shortly before you pick it up. Not to mention, the majority of the farmers they source from are local. It's been a dream of mine to source local flour and this place makes that dream a reality. My baked good look and taste better after the switch. Thank you!

I recently attended a sourdough bread baking instruction class given by Tyler and Liss at this local mill in Minneapolis. Both Tyler and Liss are excellent knowledgeable bakers and instructors. We mixed, shaped and baked. We were given a tour as well. We were also allowed to take our work home. Fantastic experience!

Love all of Baker’s Fields bread and baked goods, but the star is their freshly milled flour. It is, by far, the best flour you can get your hands on. It has all that nutty flavor and nutrition that has been stripped from generic store bought flour. I no longer live in the area, sadly. But I often have my MSP friends grab a few bags when they come visit me. Grab their pancake mix, it’s delicious!

Never heard of this company, but I *JUST* found their cinnamon rolls on a shelf at Mississippi Market. I was a PIGGY and devoured them. Best cinnamon roll I've ever tasted in my entire life! I've never seen your products before this, but I will seek them out now!
