Baker's Dozen of Chaplin

I love my Chaplin Baker's! The ladies are always so sweet, even first thing in the morning. I really enjoy my quick morning chat with whomever gives me my order. Seriously, they are the best. Thanks guys! 🥰

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but I give this bakers dozen 5/5 stars. I go here frequently and my service is good and fast. All the workers are so sweet and pleasant and I always leave with a smile on my face!

I have become an addict of the iced coffee crumb cake chai with cold foam !! I drive out of my way from Storrs to get it ! The service every single time without fail is fantastic ! For such a young staff , I am amazed every time to get great service & they never ever mess up my order !! I’m impressed by the attention to detail & all the girls are very sweet ! I love coming here ! I wish there was one in Coventry or Storrs ! I will continue to drive out of my way to get these fabulous iced chai drinks ! They make my day better !

This is counter service inside a gas station convenience store. Service was great. She was kind, helpful and friendly. The coffee, not so much. Maybe it's an acquired taste but to me it could have been old or burnt.

I don’t know why people are giving bad reviews all the workers there are absolutely amazing, every time I go in I’m greeted with a smile and nothing but kindness. The food is amazing and every time they get my order correct. I love this place!!!
