Baken Me Happy

The lovely couple who own this business are awesome and you can taste the love baked into everything! You can tell nothing is store bought and that everything is homemade! I know for a fact that everything is FRESH and HOMEMADE daily- they are in there every morning bright and early creating us all yummy goodies! The only downfall is its's too good! The banana pudding is one of my new favorites- the cheesecake is to die for- if you havent been here and tried it out- you need to!

This place is an absolute menace to my self-control and I mean that in the most loving way possible. I walked in with good intentions. I walked out with a bag full of sweets, zero regrets, and the quiet acceptance that I may not die skinny — but I will die happy. And honestly? That feels like a fair trade. Every single thing I tried was dangerously good. The kind of good that makes you pause mid-bite and question every health goal you’ve ever set. The kind of good that whispers, “You can start your diet tomorrow.” Spoiler: tomorrow never comes. The staff is friendly, the shop smells like childhood joy, and the treats are clearly designed by people who do not respect my macros — and for that, I thank them. We absolutely love Baken Me Happy!! The best, freshly made cookies and sweets you will find in Piqua!! We love the pretzel bites too. A great location, excellent food and always top notch customer service!!

I was on the phone with my daughter whom convinced me to write this review thinking you’d like to know about my experience. I am a business owner myself and I’m appalled over your comment attempting to paint a false narrative. Your employees could have explained all of this to me while checking out… but instead they ran to you to defending their poor representation of your business I stopped in today and seen they were making fresh desserts so I asked what he was making and he said it was carrot cake. Im not sure what Michelle S, or her daughter has against Baken Me Happy, but that looks to be an issue with her based on how many poor reviews they've left in the past. As far as my experience-lets just say we stopped in while we were there with intentions of also stopping at Crumbl (we stopped at the arcade at the Social while on the way to Troy) and after leaving the Social, realized we didn't need Crumbl. The Sandwich cookies are my jam, and as someone deathly allergic to nuts/peanut butter-I appreciate the care and caution taken to try to prevent cross-contamination.
