Baja Fresh

I waited to be served, but that time never came! Unsure of how the food is, but the service definitely needs to be improved. There was an employee in the back sitting on her phone with AirPods in, who didn’t even look up once to check to see if there was anyone waiting for service (there was!). A few minutes pass by and another woman comes out to tell me it will be a few minutes to have my order taken. Based on other reviews, maybe it was a blessing in disguise that I was unable to eat here.

Shame. I usually really like Baja fresh. The steak was absolutely disgusting and the service was so rude disrespectful and short. You could tell they (especially the woman) didn't care whatsoever and were not helpful at all

There was a young lady Jaylin(I believe) she was kind and did a great job. HOWEVER the food is terrible, and to make matters worse 2 burritos 2 waters 44 DOLLARS. Then some fast food Debo want a be, told some man he couldn’t order until he stood in the proper place (2nd time I have seen this at the airport) I would estimate this is the only place he has any power in his life so he exercised what he has.

Don't bother going here. The service is terrible. Two of the three individuals behind the counter, including what appeared to be the manager, were more occupied with their cell phones than servicing the customers. I had two chicken tacos which were unremarkable.

Stopped by BAJA Fresh at ATL International airport last night, 7:30pm 1/7/26. I was they were only serving quesadillas, everything else from the entire menu was unavailable. Devonte informed that he only has chicken, steak, and pork with cheese and sour cream for the quesadilla. There were absolutely no toppings, no lettuce, pico de gallo, nothing! Devonte appears to be a very dirty employee with no regards to providing good customer service. I noticed that Devonte scraped the remainder of sour cream from his glove into my take out plate. Quite disgusting, when asked to speak to the manager, he informs me that he was the manager.
