Response to the owner: 1) yes, I’ve tried many Brahms bucks locations before, usually in the summer when it’s very busy. I have never waited 30 minutes and only moved up a couple places in line. 2) I don’t need to see how your franchise operates, I have worked plenty of restaurant jobs. 3) Yes, it was a warmer day yesterday and was a Saturday. As the owner, you should have anticipated a more busy day and planned accordingly. 4) maybe chick fil a isn’t the right place to compare you to. In n out has a similar operations style. I have never waited so long in a line at in n out either. 5) Bahama Bucks is a large chain, spanning multiple states. Going to the store buying ice and syrup, hand shaving the ice yourself assembling your own snowcone and eating it would be faster than ordering from this place. Not a single employee seems to know what’s happening either close for a week and retrain everybody or hire all new staff. No wonder y’all have a paper asking for 5 star reviews

Went on New Year’s Day and got five different snow cones while using the app. Quick and friendly service!! Great start to the New Year!!

The snow cones are delicious and look pretty but I went yesterday and waited 30 minutes. Yes there were a lot of people because it was a nice day out but they were so slow. Then I went today and there was one person in the line outside and a few cars in the line. We sat there for 10 minutes and only one car moved. They are extremely slow.

Edit: I understand it can be busy depending on the season but there was only me and 3-4 other cars in line at the time. As someone who has worked in the food industry where we serve even more of a variety (with teens), this is due to a lack of training and efficiency. At the end of the day snow cones shouldn’t take an hour plus to make…. This place used to be good but it’s gone downhill. It’s slower now and they always put less syrup than before. I also just tried the pickle juice for the first time and it tastes like pure chemicals, instead of a nice pickle juice.
