Been there a few times and honestly it’s really good! the service is nice and the atmosphere is pretty calm, usually not super busy and they have games to play while enjoying their delicious Ice cone!✨ definitely recommend

I’m leaving this 5 star review because of an employee that was working alone on Sunday Feb 1st around 3:30pm. She was working the counter & drive through alone with over 20 people inside the store & 3 cars at drive through (not exaggerating). I do not know her name but if you check the shifts you’ll know who she is. To that associate great job! To management, shame on you for leaving this girl alone with that kind of traffic.

My daughters and I went here today and everything was great. We did have to wait a little because there was a lot of people there which is understandable. The only thing I didn't like was that an employee was waisting a LOT of water. The faucet was on and the water was running the whole time we were there about 10-15 minutes, and he never turned it off. It's important to take care of water.

Walked in because I was curious about what they served and to my surprise they have a really awesome menu! So many tropical drinks to choose as well as tropical smoothies. I got the Açaí smoothie as recommended by the employee and I was not disappointed! Super delicious drinks, friendly atmosphere, and awesome staff! You have to try it for yourself!

Andres provided outstanding customer service, greeting us with a warm smile and going above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect. His friendly attitude and attention to detail truly made my visit worthwhile.
