Bahama Breeze

I found it incredibly disorganized — I had made a reservation days in advance, and it still took them more than half an hour to set up a table for us. Everyone had to wait to be seated, almost 20 people, and no one came to explain what was going on. Many dishes came out wrong, and some weren’t even that good. Everything took forever — the food, the appetizers, everything. The only thing that saved the experience a bit was our waitress. I understand we were a group of 15 people, but the restaurant should have been better prepared to handle a large party.

Wow! I was impressed with the service, atmosphere and delicious food at Bahama Breeze today. Our group shared their appetizers , woohoo, and the main dishes were the best. The general manager Marrell made it more special by presenting us with a trivia game which made the social interaction even more special. We will be returning very soon.

I know this is a small chain restaurant but it has really good food with a Caribbean flare. I suggest their beef empanadas. They had a list of fun tropical drinks as well but they were a little to expensive to me so I didn’t try any.

I hadn’t been to this location since around 2015–2016. The food was okay. I got the fish tacos, nothing bad, but nothing amazing either. They were okay, good enough that I’d go back, but next time I’d definitely try something different. They were a little too juicy; meaning when I bit into the tacos, the juice from the tomatoes just poured out. My sweetheart loves this place and ordered the conch fritters. Those were good—definitely something I’d try again. We did run into a few issues with my drink. It wasn’t strong at all, like, not even close. We sent it back and tried something else, but even that had to go back two or three times before it finally hit the mark. I do want to shout out the manager, Sharnetta, and our waitress, Sarah. This visit was for a takeout experience only so it was very brief, the encounter that we had with the staff was very nice. Our food was ready in a timely manner. This is quite a large place so it would be good for family, gatherings parties, etc. it does have a little bit of an island feel to it when you walk in.
