Don’t even eat at this overpriced trash bucket. I’ve given a lot of chances but this time I was not letting up. I mobile ordered and apparently it was for no reason bc they didn’t even follow the order instructions and right when I open my sandwich there was a hair in it. I call and ask for new bagels because one of the instructions was “SPK” I get back the second round of bagels with a literal drop of ketchup like they were playing with me. I wish I took a pic of the ketchup they put on there. I immediately got a refund bc $7 for a bagel and it’s prepared like that? Trash.

The bagels were dry and appear to be baked, not boiled. I asked for bacon egg and cheese and the bacon was shriveled up, deep fried black crumbs. I also paid with my debit card, which MOST PEOPLE USE, and for some reason, they're one of the only places left that post a "cash price" which is treated as the regular price. It should be illegal to make customers pay for your ability to use the visa/MasterCard system. What's gonna happen if we go entirely digital? Are you dodging taxes? Why do you still charge MORE for debit? There's upcoming legislation that makes that illegal so be prepared. In the meantime, boil your bagels- don't bake them. This is New York for Christ's sake! These are Pennsylvania bagels AT BEST! And please renovate the place. It's very run down and unwelcoming. You charge

Quality has degraded this year. Contents of sandwich are sparse, but the price is up there. $6 gets you about 1/4 pound of bacon in riverhead, but $10 or so here gets the following picture. Not to foeget they missed salt, pepper, and ketchup on my sandwich multiple days in a row. Just a shame. Hope they get it together.
