Continuously unsanitary They don’t clean their knives. Time and time again my sandwich has had residue from the knife on it. There’s better and safer options in town. The people who work there are always friendly and polite but need to do a better job maintaining their workspace because they lost a customer today

The young man working here was very accommodating and made me feel welcome. He put together two sandwiches for me that were delicious; an egg everything bagel with cream cheese, lox, tomato and onion to share. Came with a side salad. Chose the cucumber salad which was fantastic. Was so good I decided to try a Greek omelette on a sesame oat bagel. Excellent as well. Prices reasonable and not ridiculous like other places. Proof that how friendly and helpful you are to customers makes a huge difference.

They know what they're doing. Egg sammies are addicting and the bagels are perfect. Even the coffee and iced coffee are impressively good. Also their prices are super reasonable and way lower than nearby similar delis/bagel shops... I don't live here anymore but this is my first stop every time I come back to LI.

Didn’t wanna put this on here but tried calling you guys and every time I called It just went right to saying it was busy and hung up. I just left the facility. I purchased a dozen bagels with cream cheese when I went to leave the brown bag was open. It and then I rolled the bag up to keep a hot and also my cream cheese was thrown into the brown bag with the bagels. When I got home my bagels were cold and there was one that was like already cut into it look like, and they honestly taste stale very surprised. Normally, I go there not very often once in a blue moon I go to get bagels, but very dissatisfied with this purchase the last time I went, the girl had given me a brown paper bag thankfully, she rolled it up, but I had to ask for a plastic bag as it wasn’t going to be so easy for me

When going to pay, I told the cashier that I was using my debit card and asked her not to add the surcharge as this is an illegal practice. She took the card and ran it charging me the surcharge. I explained that is illegal and she said she does what she is told because she does not own the place. Everyone should know that only credit cards can add a surcharge. Not only will I not visit this place any more, It will be my mission to educate everyone about this illegal activity. Do not go here if you care about illegal business.
