Bagels & Beyond

Unsatisfactory in a few different departments. My first impression was that it was a well organized place. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable of the menu and what you may need. It is also kid friendly and offers variations. However. There is nowhere to sit, there are no tables or benches or even anything to keep the waiting customers occupied, such as a radio or a t v. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap that was quite pricey and did not come with much or any side. It was a loose wrap, which means it falls apart easy, and the chicken was synthetic. I know it is synthetic based on it's texture and taste. I couldn't finish eating my wrap because it just tasted weird and I believe it is because of the chicken. The coffee was good

Today was my 1st visit and got the porkroll,egg,n cheese on a jalapeño n cheddar bagel....Best sandwich I've had in ages !!!!! The bagel was sooo dense n flavorful...They didn't skimp on the sandwich and I could "actually" sip my coffee without burning my mouth n having to wait to drink 🤣🤣 I'll Definitely be coming back

The girl making your food does NOT wear gloves and was touching everything on the counter, cash register, money, and proceeds like nothing to touch your food. The only thing good about this place, was the food. Because you cant really mess up sausage, ham, and cheese on a wrap. No coffee, nowhere to sit and wait for your order. I was given attitude because my hash brown was flattened by them putting 2 heavy wraps on the hash brown. You would have needed a fork to scrape the hash brown from the foil. This place needs much improvement and better management. I gave one star because no choice to leave it blank.

Wonderful pork roll egg and cheese w/ pepper and ketchup. Just make sure to bring CASH!!! 100/10 would eat here again.

Asked for xtra cream cheese, called and spoke to girl explained, told her I took phot but didn’t live in area. Couldn’t come back same day, asked if I could stop in next day and get a replacement. She said I had to bring back the bagel. I told her I had to eat something cuz I was on the road, told her again that I took photo. She’s said there was nothing she could do without bringing it back. Even if she didn’t hear me say xtra cream cheese this is Absolutely terrible!!! Lost my business
