Bagel Stop & Deli

Be aware!! Hair in the food. They sold me bagels which had hunks of hair on it!! I didn’t realize it at first and ate some of it and started choking! looked at my tongue i had hair on my tongue and almost puked. It’s disgusting. My stomach hurts. I confronted the personnel and they told me that it sometimes happens!! Seriously? I was never so disgusted in my life. No food control, very unsanitary and i can still feel the hair in my throat. Worst experience ever!!!!

Hair on the bagels!!! Both bagels I ordered for me and my wife had hair on them!!I hoked on the big hunks of hair. It’s unacceptable. They should be closedown!!!

Sorry, but you call this a wrap? Was looking forward to a Roastbeef with horseradish wrap and I got this. Where's the beef? $10.25 for cheese and lettuce? Next !!!!

Guys 7.79 for this? This is supposed to be a TEC, not just an egg and cheese. Embarrassing. Do better.

I attempted twice to placed an order by phone and it quickly became the worst experience I've had. The person on the line wouldn't let me finish speaking, then put me on hold immediately. After waiting for more than seven minutes with no update, I hung up, seven minutes is far too long to be left waiting. I decided to go back to the old bagel place instead: at least they answer the phone and treat customers like people.
