Bagels are so good to be true. Very soft , it just melts in your mouth. They apply generous filling too. The service is fast and perfect. Love. coming here each time. Opens early at 6.. easy to grab and go if in rush to the catch the train at princeton junction. They have more options to eat other than just bagels..

Absolutely obsessed with this bagel place. The bagels are perfectly chewy on the inside with just the right crisp on the outside—clearly fresh and made with care. The flavors are on point, whether you go classic or try something more creative, and the spreads are generous and delicious. Staff is super friendly and keeps things moving even when it’s busy. The vibe is cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot to start the day.

If I was asked to provide a title for this review, I would call it "Skimpy and Cheap." I grew up in New York, so I know a good bagel and, more importantly, a good bagel sandwich. Unfortunately, you won't get a good bagel sandwich here. I am not from this area, but I had an appointment out this way and was very hungry when I got out of the office. So, I stopped in for an egg sandwich and coffee. Big mistake. The bagel was not bad, but the sandwich was, as I said, "skimpy." Don't take my word for it, check out my photo of an egg white, cheese and bacon sandwich (photo). Not much there, right? I had a small coffee, too and, was told it would be 9 dollars and change, but when I went to pay, the cashier woman said "no, it would be $11 and change. I see that another reviewer also mentioned

I ordered two “Taylor Ham Egg & Cheese on everything bagels”. After leaving, I discovered they gave me regular ham & cheese. We went back to mention the mistake and were willing to pay for a new order, but the person kept insisting we made the mistake originally and said “ham and cheese”. I guess we should have said “pork roll” but bagel shops should understand that they’re the same. Very poor service!

We went here to assess the quality of their plain bagel with plain cream cheese compared to other bagel shops in the area. The bagel was too soft, lacking a crust, and had a strange aftertaste. Service, however, was good and calling ahead works well. Overall, wouldn’t recommend given the quality of certain other local bagel shops.
