Bagel Hero

Bagels seem fresh and tasty. The baked goods LOOK super taste but beware. I would steer clear of the pictured crumb cakes…I don’t know if it’s a one off error or what but it says sell by date of 6/24 (date of purchase is 6/16) but yet the cake is so so stale it’s barely edible. I stuck a fork in to taste a piece and literally couldn’t drive my stainless steel fork into the cake without significant effort and difficulty. I hate posting negative reviews but this is truly such a bad crumb cake…maybe they need a more airtight container? I’m honestly not sure but selling baked goods that are so hardened and solid is quite frankly just inappropriate.

I waited 15 minutes for a toasted bagel , they served other people without paying attention to me , when I asked the cook for my bagel he said he was sleeping. Trying to make fun. Very disappointed with this place, never going back there!

Food tasted delicious and was made exactly as order, definitely a better spot than the competition 2 minutes away.

I started coming to Bagel Hero after my last bagel spot raised prices by 60%, and so far, I’ve been happy with this place. The prices here are still reasonable, which is a big plus. I usually get an everything bagel with plain cream cheese, and it tastes great. The bagels are a bit smaller than what I was used to, but they might just be an average size—I don’t have many other comparisons. Overall, a solid spot for bagels at a fair price. As long as they keep their prices reasonable, I’ll keep coming back. But if they drastically raise them like my last place, I won’t hesitate to look elsewhere.
