I went in about 1240 on Monday 1/12 but nobody even acknowledged me. There was a lady standing at the counter chatting with a vendor going back-and-forth. Other people in the store looked at me but nobody acknowledged me so then I sat down. Nobody said anything or acknowledged me so then I stood up and I walked out and nobody decided to call to help me or say anything at all. This is the type of place where you know people don’t know how to do BUISNESS. From now on I go to the other bagel shop.

Their counter makes it impossible to hand your payment over and there is no terminal to tap your card on to pay. I tossed my credit card on the counter and she yelled, “don’t throw your card at me.” I said, “I lightly tossed it towards you. Believe me, if I had thrown it at you, you would have felt it.” Needless to say they lost a customer.

Second time I ordered same but can’t feel American cheese it’s dry don’t like it ..!!!

This place has become my favorite bagel place. Found the place when searching for a new bagel place. They have a great variety, the prices are reasonable and food is delicious. I like that they have a full variety of bagels like a bagel place but also boars head cold cuts like a deli. They also have smoothies. I had the strawberry, mango and pineapple. It was delicious. Highly recommend and will be going back.
