We stopped in for lunch at this little bagel cafe and we were not disappointed! I ordered a breakfast burrito, which was really amazing and probably the best breakfast burrito that I have had in a very long time. My wife had the Southwest salad, which was large and also very good. Their pastries and bagels looked amazing and we will return sometime to sample those. Service was prompt and friendly. They have many good vegetarian options on their menu, including really good salads. We will definitely return here again soon.
Oh my I went to Bagel City Café and Got this salad and this frappe! They were delicious 😋❤️ if you live in Huntington Beach ca and want some good salads, Bagels, coffee ☕️ even tacos 🌮 and burritos, they have them for you! Just talking about this it makes me hungry again haha I think 🤔 I will go for a burrito next time 😀 home made food!
Stopped by for a to-go breakfast. I just asked for their #1 burrito but without the tortilla, and it's perfect. I love that it's loaded with different ingredients, and the chipotle sauce is a great addition. I would just say they need some all around seasoning. It wasn't a big deal since I was going home to eat it anyway. But I would ask for salt/pepper added next time.
Though it tasted okay, the food did not seem the highest quality, but I'm dinging them most because they had a carton of cream just sitting on their bar, getting warm (it has to be below 41 degrees to prevent bacteria growth, and it wasn't even in an insulated carafe, just a plastic carton). And then in front, the refrigerated case that had Orange Juice was not cold enough. I worked in food service too many years, and there is no way that the Orange Juice in that case was at or below 41 degrees. I'm surprised this place has passed food safety checks from the city, and I wonder if the employees even have food handler's cards. If they do, they aren't following their training.
Best! Breakfast burros and more!!! Great coffee and baked goods and salads too!!!
