Backyard BBQ

Amazing! We have been all over the US and tried "Competition winning BBQ" this was by far the best! The smoke was spot on and everything was top notch flavor! Chef Brandon made us an amazing spread with all the fixings! Will be returning with more hungry mouths to feed! We even used the leftovers for breakfast! P.s. get the hot apple crisp for dessert! 😋

Best bbq in Washington state, definitely a place to visit. The brisket is moist and juicy, it melts in your mouth. The hausome sauce is the best! Making a 4hr trip just to delight ourselves here at Backyard BBQ is priceless.

I came in on a Thursday afternoon. The staff member was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the daily special: pulled pork sandwich with steak fries and an RC Cola. The food was good, though priced a little above average for a lunch menu item (set me back $16.67 before tip. I look forward to going back and trying other menu items.

I drove past this place but my appetite got the better of me as I u-turned down the road to come to eat here and I'm glad I did. Some of the best brisket and ribs I've had in Washington, hands down. Both were super tender with the fat rendered nicely. Friendly service to boot!

We ordered to-go and picked it up on the way to a high-school basketball game. Never been here, but we'll be sure to stop again! I had the Slawpy Heiffer, which is the brisket (they also have a pulled pork Slawpy Hog) deluxe sandwich. Bacon, nacho cheese sauce, and jalapeño coleslaw top the brisket along with their signature Backyard BBQ Sauce. Simply excellent! Served with a side, I chose their beans. The beans were firm, but tender, with a perfectly sweet thick sauce and I would absolutely recommend them. Don't hesitate to stop in, even if you're just passing by.
