Do yourself a favor, leave Yellowstone and pass right on through Mammoth Springs and come down the mountain into Gardner to THIS restaurant! If I lived here I’d be here a couple nights for dinner! Seriously the best grilled ribeye and pork chops and they are seasoned properly. They need NOTHING added! The Hot Honey peach cheesecake is to die for too! Found out this is owned by two brothers and they are also the chefs. When someone owns it they put extra effort and love into their work! You will not be disappointed. And kudos to the atmosphere, aesthetics and the Red Dirt country music!

Our steaks were the best steak we have ever had anywhere ! If you’re ever in the area, it’s well worth the drive ! We had the 14 ounce ribeye steak we could cut it with a fork and did . I have the pallet of a 3rd grader , they do not have baked potatoes but the salads they brought out to customers ordering them were super fresh and beautifully plated. The onion rings have actual whole onion inside and the French fries ,I don’t know what they dust them with but they were so good!! It is pricey however you get quality steak and we found to acceptable and have no regrets ! A 14 oz ,that’s the only size ribeye they offer so we both brought some home

Stopped in for an early dinner at the beginning of our Yellowstone trip. We had read positive reviews but were even more pleased by our caring, efficient server and the delicious meal. We had the ribeye that was cooked perfectly to temp. With some sides and a dessert to share. Would definitely recommend!

The food was OK, not bad but not the best either. The main issue was the long wait time since it was very busy. It was super crowded and noisy with people talking loudly and babies crying, which made it hard to enjoy the meal. On the positive side, the server was friendly. The ambience would have been nice if it wasn’t so loud. Their bathrooms were clean, which I appreciated. The bistro is located right in the city center, so it is expected to be busy with tourists like us. Overall, it was an average experience. The location is convenient and the food is decent, but be prepared for noise and long waits if you come during dinner hours.

Wow! This place is a gem! It was amazing and wish I could come back every week for date night. We stopped in here on our way out of the park. Whether you live in the area or are visiting Yellowstone this is the place to eat! They were a food truck and opened this new building only 10 days ago! Stop by and give them business you won’t regret it!
