B-Man's BBQ

This is the best bbq I've had. I'm from the south (southeast, NC) and we know bbq. And I've been searching for even decent bbq since moving here a few years ago, and hadn't found any until B-mans! And let me tell ya, this is the holy Grail of bbq. The brisket is top notch, the pulled pork top notch, sausage top notch! Everything top notch. Service was beyond top notch! We ate at the restaurant in Sedalia after trying it at the Ecclesia location and found both to be the best we've had. We ordered a little bit of everything, and nothing lacked. The mains, the sides, the desserts (oh the desserts!!!!) My kids loved it too. They had the ribs, the sliders, and chicken sandwich. The meats were all juicy and moist. Wonderful. best BBQ in Colorado hands down. Know my Q from living/traveling half a lifetime in the southeast (NC,SC,AL,GA and MO). Tender flavorful meats. Mouthwatering mild and hot bbq sauce. Both the main Restaurant in Sedalia and the smaller location in Ecclesia (Castle Rock) were very very good with high quality meats. The brisket is delicious and totally recommend. The smoked wings are crispy and juicy. The pulled pork is mouthwateringly delicious and so tender. The smoked sausage is absolutely wonderful. Fries are crispy and the coleslaw is sweet and not too wet with a good fresh crunch as well. Bacon Mac n cheese is interesting but was really good. The beans with burnt ends is… well let’s just say I wish I got a tub or two of just that, it was so good. The deserts. Wow. Perfect end to a meal

Stopped by a quick lunch and WOW this place is a hidden gem! Ordered the lunch special and was blown away by the flavor in each bite. The service was amazing. If you are in town check this place out. Delicious 🤤 already planning my next visit.

It’s only open Thursday through Saturday, which makes it feel even more like a secret worth protecting — but trust me, it’s absolutely worth working into your week. The brisket? Unreal. Pork? Melt-in-your-mouth. Sausage? Bold and smoky. And if you like tacos, nachos, or burnt ends — prepare to have your BBQ world rocked. Portions are generous, flavor is next-level, and pricing is surprisingly reasonable for food this good. I don't know exactly how this place has 4.8 star review. It's like all the people that have reviewed have never had good bbq before. This may be a pit bbq place, but yall should figure out how to use it the correct way. Pulled pork sandwhiches, bland. No flavor. Bacon Mac n cheese was like eating a pile of mush. French fries were a 4/5. The only reason why I didn't put 1 star. Last seating at 6:15 btw. Drove 45 minutes to be absolutely dissapointed. Rudy's bbq, or even Buccees has better bbq than this.
