Food is crazy good, and generous portions. Set aside your "norms". Owners / staff are absolutely lovely. Hard working. Everything is cooked to order, so call ahead. The facility never recovered for dining after Covid but they are making it work for pickup. As a country family's soul food restaurant, this is truly a diamond in the rough.

Phenomenal customer service and the food was like home cooking. Now knowing it’s cooked on the spot, so there is a little bit of a wait. We’ll definitely be back but order ahead next time.

Perfectly seasoned authentic local food, more than generous portions at a great price, friendly kind staff. Small place mostly call and pick up. Great plate lunches. Best deal and best flavor in Folsom.

Customer service was great! We ordered fried catfish along with fried chicken, red beans, mac & cheese, and corn bread. The fish was delicious! The sausage link should have been added along with the beans at no extra cost but you are required to pay. Also, everything else could have used a bit more taste and creativity. This is a place I would like to return to only if I am really hungry. But to get my money's worth, I would rather visit Zea's next time around. Just my humble opinion. Customer service was very kind . The fish was good! However, the red beans, mac & cheese, and cornbread were a bit disappointing for the money spent. Food were a bit bland. You had to pay for a sausage link to go with whatever beans ordered. This would be a place to visit if I were really hungry and couldn't stop in time to dine in. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll ever visit again. This wasn't the taste I was looking for, however I thank you for sharing your food!
