Azal Coffee

Wonderful coffee shop! It's super trendy and clean inside. I loved the tea options, specifically the Yemenian tea and the blue tea! The food options look great but are a little pricey. The service was quick and brought the drinks directly to your table. Lots of free parking available!

I went to Azal for the first time and was really delighted to see a Arabic coffee shop here in Milwaukee! It was very busy, but there were plenty of places to sit and it’s a very cheerful atmosphere. My friends and I all raved over the coffees that we chose. I had a cardamom latte, which was one of the best I’ve ever had! We felt the baked food items were all not fresh, which warranted a lower rating. We encounter to mail staff, who were also not very friendly. But outside of that, I will definitely return and I highly encourage checking out Azal for their delicious coffees and teas, and also to support a Muslim owned business.

Azal Coffee is a very pleasant place with a diverse drink menu and an incredible selection of desserts and pastries. I came here on the recommendation of my friend to try the Dubai Chocolate dessert, but unfortunately, it was no longer available. I was a bit disappointed, but I decided to try the Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake instead, which was also quite delicious. Actually, the other desserts were tasty as well, and what I particularly liked was that the sweetness was well-balanced , a rarity in many place- but here, everything was just right. The only thing I wish is that the outdoor terrace could be made more guest-friendly and look as wonderful as the atmosphere inside.

There aren't many places of business that earn a true 5 star review here on Google, but if there is one shining example of a spot that does deserve that designation - it's Azal Coffee. Their desserts are spectacular and their chai is amazing. I was right next door at Momo Mee when I decided to stop in on a whim. I have a penchant for Arabic coffee spots, so this was very likely to happen. I ordered the Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake Cup and the Signature Adeni Tea. Not only were both spectacular (give me ten more), they are also priced really well. Usually whenever a cafe or restaurant advertises something as being "dubai chocolate" that becomes an excuse to upcharge their guests. Stopped in Sunday morning to hang out and journal around 10 am and by the time I left at noon this place was thriving with groups and like minded solos working in a comfortable atmosphere. I ordered the hot latte with white chocolate and it was fantastic, served with nothing but smiles. I’m not someone who eats things that are on the sweet side but decided to indulge in the mini pancakes (crazy mix) and they were soooo good. I look forward to coming back. I also learned they are open late and as someone who doesn’t drink much I look forward to testing out the atmosphere in the evening sometime.
