Wonderful experience. I was faced with a lot of issues when my mom suddenly became ill and we were not prepared. My mom and stepdad are elderly and live in Phoenix, I live in Pennsylvania. It is hard to manage someone’s care from 2,000 miles away. It is even harder when you don’t have the proper legal authority to do so. Thankfully my mom is on the mend and with the help of Jennifer, we got the POA done for her and my stepdad. They are both in a skilled nursing facility at the moment and Jennifer came right to us. She was very fast, very professional, very knowledgeable, and most importantly very kind and respectful. I truly appreciate everything she did for us…definitely goes above and beyond! All I can say is, I wish I had started with her! I hired a paralegal to do a deed for me as well as a power of attorney, But Jennifer offers these for free on her website. I spent $650 on something Jennifer offers for free.
