Very friendly and accommodating service. Best knafeh I’ve had, made fresh to order. Notably this location does not have a wood fire stove as they are not allowed to — so the marketing there is a tad confusing.

How can people eat such plain bland dishes here. Sorry to say but not worth it at all. Don’t get me wrong, staff was kind, atmosphere was great but the foods not it. Extremely bland flavors and the rice was cold. The pita which was fresh was fresh but would be nice if they served it was something. Got the mixed grilled platter, Arabic chicken shawarma, chicken kebab platter and the mixed shawarma platter. Tasteless food. The fries were good so can’t complain about that but how does this place have servers other locations. Don’t be fooled. Better places to go to. $$$ wasted.

Ayat is definitely a great place to visit!! The cauliflower was the best thing we ate, along with Baklava, and the olive oil and pita!!! Igor was such an amazing waiter, thank you for making our experience fantastic!!

The food was all wonderful; however, I was a little disappointed with the service. I felt a bit uneasy noticing that a server handled food right after cleaning without washing their hands. It’s a popular restaurant that gets quite busy, and they don't accept reservations. That said, it is very reasonably priced—especially since you can bring your own drinks without a cover charge. Plus, the freshly baked pita is delicious and complimentary.
