Before I could even look at the menu, the chips arrived with not just one, but two incredible salsas. The classic red salsa had the perfect kick, bright and fresh, but the real star was their cabbage salsa. My husband wanted a Chile releno for his birthday. We went all the way to Ephrata to get one, called it in and they were oblivious to what we talking about. THIS PLACE, has excellent food we had the taco, enchilada, Chile releno, rice and beans. He got a virgin lime margarita, and I got a stawberry lemonade, both excellent! To top it off the chip and cabbage salad was the best we ever had.

We visited Ay Caramba Tres Amigos with family, for lunch. We were greeted and sat very quickly. The restaurant was busy, but not terribly so. We looked over the extensive menu, made our selections and ordered. We didn't have to wait long for our food to arrive. I had ordered the Pollo con Mole. It was a fairly large plate and looked good. The taste was good too. Nice mole flavor. Another in our party ordered the Sope, one of their featured dishes. Everyone enjoyed their selections. Service was very good. Food was very good. Prices were on par with the area.

We were on our way home from Leavenworth and looking for a lunch place. Solely picked aye Caramba based off of name and reviews. My husband got the lunch special and I ordered the chicken fajitas. Food came out timely and hot. So good! Service was polite and helpful.
