Ay Caramba!

We had such a great experience at Ay Caramba! Our server, Adrian, was excellent—very attentive and welcoming throughout the meal. The burritos were absolutely crazy delicious with homemade tortillas that made all the difference. We also tried the flan, which they prepare in-house daily, and it was outstanding—creamy, fresh, and the perfect way to end the meal. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for authentic flavors and amazing service!

My children salad was really good, They bring you 3 different Salsas that are also very good. This place is very clean and well run. The service was great and our servers were nice and friendly. Plenty of parking. Inside outside seating nestled in a valley surrounded by beautiful mountains located in the Prunedale. Be prepared to pay a little more than your typical Mexican restaurant... But well worth it!

Supposedly "authentic mexican food" let me tell you that is not true not only did it upset me that it took 40 minutes to get 2 burritos out when restaurant was almost empty, for me it was no where near authentic, i am born in mexico my self and i couldnt believe for 20$ i get a burrito thay i could've made my self and wouldve been 10x better. Also asked the guy taking my order if it came with any onions he said NO came full of onions more onions than meat

This restaurant makes vegetarian substitutions for almost anything you want (even if it's not listed on the menu). The fresh churros are absolutely to die for, crispy on the outside, and so light and fluffy on the inside and dusted in the perfect amount of cinnamon. Great local spot for a variety of members of the community to enjoy. You will not be disappointed!

Stopped here during a road trip. If we lived nearby we wouldn't go back. Service was flat out zero. Food was mediocre at best. Chili Relleno is a good test of a Mexican restaurant and this was a total fail. It was lukewarm with the cheese inside not even melted. Sauce was ok. Overpriced as well, but I don't mind paying for quality. Only reason for even 1 star was decent chips and salsa (which took 20 mins to even get to the table after arrival. Don't usually like to give a poor review, but felt I had to in this case. If I were the owner I'd want to know about the negative experiences
