The Garlic-Dill cheese curds were absolutely amazing

It's a little lackluster in all areas. The people were but slow. Some wearing pajama pants and no union shirt. Store was dirty. My burger was cold and not well put together. I know its fast food, but don't expect much from here.

I recently ordered a double bacon cheeseburger for over $9 and expected a good burger, but I was disappointed. The lady who took my order was upbeat and friendly, but the woman at the window was a complete contrast. She sounded angry and looked ticked off, didn't bother to greet, just asked if I had the burger and wanted payment. I greeted her and said thank you, but it was clear she wasn't interested in any kind of customer interaction. I could already tell based on the lack of basic courtesy, that the food was going to be bad because if they can't even be bothered to greet you then they definitely don't care about the food they serve you. Typical A&W. My niece loves the food here and wants it often. They have a good burger and onion rings. The root beer is decent too!

Eh... I love A&W, and I've been to a few around the Midwest. But this one was a little mediocre. It didn't have the little boxes on the tables. It was small. The service was lacking. The prices have gone up just like everywhere else. And the root beer tasted different than in times past, though maybe that was my taste buds playing tricks on me. You know how that goes. Overall I just wasn't impressed. Nothing major -- I'd still go here if I were in the mood -- it just wasn't as good as other A&Ws I've been to.
