A&W Restaurant

Advertises outside the building and on Google maps that they are open till 11:00 p.m. However, I showed up at 10:05pm to get my family dinner and they were closed. All the lights were off, they do not answer the phones and they have gotten our order wrong multiple times in the past. Usually we end up getting parked for even just a regular combo and it seems like the people who work here just don't care. Just avoid this place and go somewhere else like Freddy's Steakburgers or Sonic. 0/10 given dozens of chances and won't come back again.

I think I want to give the location a break, but seriously, they didn't get our order right, forgot a drink, and all 3 floats. We were charged over 35 bucks for 3 meals, but we had coupons, so at first, we thought they just didn't apply the coupons, but even that didn't add up. We asked for a receipt 3 times, even after we were sent under the tree to wait for what we didn't order, the coney hotdogs!!! So...as we waited...and waited, we realized we were short a drink, and we couldn't quite put our finger on the rest, until we finally got our 3 floats, and receipt. The poor kid who had to keep running back, probably should have come back with a menu item to appease us as we waited, but instead of complaining, we swallowed down our cold fries, because we were hungry. Ordered a double and onion rings. Got parked whatever lady tells me 3 minutes. 20 minutes later still no food and when I finally got it it was a single with the complete wrong toppings. Not going back again

The service was quick, however I cannot even finish eating the papa burger or the onion rings. It was awful. The lettuce is wilted hamburger soggy. The onion rings had no taste to it. I won't go there again

Stopped by and ordered a meal and the ordered was not what we ordered. Drinks tasted bad This isn’t the only screw up they made. So we are done with this A&W. Tired going the fast food restaurant and they can’t even get the order correct and this is after they repeated the order over the inter com.
