A&W Restaurant

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a great experience at A&W! Dee took our order and was incredibly patient and kind while helping our large family; never rushed us and made sure everything was correct. That level of service really stood out. The restaurant was very clean, and the bathroom was spotless . It even smelled like orange, which was such a fresh and welcoming detail. You can tell they take pride in keeping the place maintained. And of course, the food was as good as always…hot, fresh, and exactly what we expect from A&W. It’s nice to know you can count on both great service and consistent quality.

Me and a couple of friends walked in and was immediately greeted by an employee. She was very nice before, during and after taking our orders. When we first walked in she said hi queens then proceeded to take our orders. After the orders were finished she told us we were all very pretty and then very kindly gave us our receipts and gave us our number. She was very quick with her work and brought out our shakes within 2 minutes. She brought out our food at around the same time. She had a smile on her face the entire time and was overall very sweet to us. If I were A&W I would honestly give her a raise. Later on after we had left and I had finished most of my shake I noticed there was even an extra cherry in my shake which I thought was pretty cool. I would definitely go back there again, th

This is the best A&W that I’ve been to so far love their food. It’s always good. The people there are always nice. I usually go through drive-through never have an issue. Food is always hot. I have went in and I have bought a traveling cup and a bear and I didn’t notice at first that my cup was broke, but I got to return it and they were very nice about it and The manager there is just very nice. Love my Bear❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Diane was so sweet and welcoming! She had a smile on her face the whole time I was there. The service was fast and rootbeer freeze we delicious. :)

Usually I have a great experience here, this time it was off. My burger was cold, and the sandwich was sloppily made. The atmosphere was cold (not the temperature, the feel) as if the staff didn't want to be there, IDK it was not normal. This was the worst visit I've had at this A&W. I feel certain it was just an off day and my next visit will be better. If that happens I will update my review.
