I dont write reviews but this problem has been happening constantly. Everytime i order coffee i ask for 5 cream and 5 sugar and everytime i get it its just black coffee. I've let this slide multiple times thinking it would get better but it hasn't

Not sure what happened to this location, if it changed ownership ir management or what but...👎 I don't know, maybe, maybe make sure something your chain is "famous" for (rootbeer) that the syrup is topped up on it? You know, maintenance? If people want soda water they would order it. I did a survey, no one called me back. I'm wondering...🤔 is this how A&W want one of their franchises ran?! Not impressed. At all. Burgers smashed into the paper sleeve like they did something wrong... Close down this location then. Simple.

I've been dining at this location for over 10 years. this location was great when it first opened. in the past 4 years, it's been hit or miss. Good burgers, but lately the fries have been under cooked. All that aside, Tonight, I pulled up to the takeout window. I distinctly remember this location being open 24 hours. They asked me what I was ordering, and I began to tell them. Then, nothing. No confirmation, not so much as a "sorry we're closed". I drove away and went to Burger King. If you aren't open for 24 hrs (even though you advertised it like a month ago) maybe post a sign?

Each time I go the fries stay tasting stale and not fresh. Even when we asked for fresh ones, they’re still cold and stale. They don’t even care to serve it fresh when I let them know. Customer service is trash too.

I had the chance once to sit and read their goal in serving healthier choices for the customers and it did change my mind towards them. Their chicken is raised without antibiotics, and their cows are grass fed. On their ad there are plenty of options which I encourage to see, value burgers are also included with reasonable prices.
