To whom it may concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a very upsetting incident that occurred at your store. The staff member on duty displayed unacceptable and discriminatory behavior, which had a negative impact on my child’s emotional well-being. My family purchased two meal combos, but the server refused to provide straws and ketchup. When my daughter politely approached her to ask for them, the server looked at her and immediately walked away to the back kitchen, ignoring her completely. This behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and deeply concerning. Such treatment makes customers feel unwelcome and unfairly targeted. Just love our local A&W in South Surrey-White Rock. The food is consistently prepared with efficiency (as fast food is). The staff are friendly and they really care about the customers, especially my experiences with ARUN, AMY and NOOR (+ others). I enjoy their Teen Burgers and of course the classic A&W Rootbeer in a frosted glass (in-door only). Always a treat!

I came here earlier today and had a lovely experience. Food was great and service was fast. I’d definitely recommend making this your go to location. Compliments to the kitchen staff I loved my poutine. Can’t wait to see the staff again!
