Pizza was average. Can’t say it was delicious nor can I say it was bad. What bothered me was that my cold hoagie was served in a sealed plastic container with hot French fries. I’ve never seen this done before anywhere. I mean who wants a cold sandwich that has been suffocated by steaming hot fries. On top of that, all I wanted was the hoagie but you have to pay for the fries because unfortunately you can’t just get the sandwich without the fries. You should be able to buy the fries separate if you want to or have them omitted and not pay for them. They would not allow that. Also, I ordered an American hoagie and was asked what kind of cheese I wanted. Well the last I checked an American hoagie always came with American cheese. My husband and I tried this for the first time, WOW! The food slapped, everything was perfectly cooked and restaurant was so clean and aesthetically pleasing. The Halloween decor was so cute and gave great spooky vibes! So great to have found a hidden gem in an area that lacks good food choices!

Stumbled upon Avonna’s Place and was not disappointed! Delicious food and friendly staff! The cheese fries were on point and pizza was fresh!

Burgers were absolutely SLAMMING GOOD. Same thing for the cheesesteaks! AND THEY HAVE A GARLIC BREAD CHEESESTEAK?! TALK ABOUT YUM??? The staff are genuine sweethearts and so understanding and sweet! Overall an AMAZING experience, will definitely order again soon! Plus their waffle fries are even better than chicfila in my brutally honest opinion

I’ve been to Avonnas a handful of times and each time the food is good. Cheesesteaks are loaded with meat and generously sized. Only downside is they do not offer The Wiz as a cheese option. The variety of fries is cool, a fry cut for everyone. Tonight, I took a chance and ordered wings. I’ve been searching for decent wings since I moved back here from Atlanta. These wings were A+. Crisp, well sauced and not overly so, and good sized. The blue cheese was a bit too chunky for my liking but had a good flavor. My only complaint about the wings is no Lemon Pepper flavor! I’ve yet to try the pizza, as I’ve been a loyal Pete & John’s pizza eater since childhood but lately they have been very inconsistent. Looking forward to trying Avonnas pizza next!
