Autumn's Crab

The atmosphere was a really great vibe and gets you excited about the food. The food was fresh and delicious with just enough heat. My husband is a huge seafood fan but I'm not (see the chicken tenders) but even I enjoyed the snow crab. Husband couldn't even finish it all there was so much.

Autumn Crab in Rockledge never disappoints! It's become a place where my family and I have made so many great memories. Every time we go, the seafood is cooked to perfection, and their bomb sauce is seriously the best – a must-try for anyone visiting!

This experience sadly came down to poor very customer service. If something goes wrong at a restaurant but it is righted in a very gracious way, the customer is more likely to have a very positive any memorable experience, as well as be more likely to pass along the recommendation to others-- even moreso perhaps than if it was just a smooth expected experience. It's an opportunity! My family and I had 4-$10 gift cards from an event. There was no fine print anywhere on them clarifying and limitations of use. We asked the waitress ahead of time if we could use them. She said she would check but then never followed up with us, so we assumed there was no issue and proceeded to order. Your server makes ALL the difference. I first had Autumn’s back in September for my boyfriend’s birthday and I swore up and down that I’d NEVER go back. I don’t eat seafood, so I wanted buffalo wings. Was told they don’t do buffalo wings and I had to pick a seafood boil flavor. Then I ordered a side of potatoes and asked for The Bomb sauce and was told I couldn’t have my potatoes in sauce. I was annoyed and swore I’d never go back. Fast forward to 6 months later… we were at the laundromat next door and I told my boyfriend that I would settle for Autumn’s. We go and had a MUCH better experience. Honestly, we had such a great experience here. My parents love this place, so they brought us here to try. The staff was great, especially our server, Brittany! She was amazing from start to finish!! The food was amazing and tasted great. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town!
