I have had the pleasure of using this company for over 15 years at 5 locations. Service is consistent, timely and top-quality. Pricing is competitive with many larger and smaller companies in the marketplace. My biggest accolade is, no matter what time day or night, if there is a service issue or an equipment breakdown, there is no service better to handle an emergency. As most restaurant people know, emergencies only happen after 5 PM, which is usually golden time, “double time“. Auto-chlor technicians show up, fix the problem and there is never an additional bill. I will not own a restaurant that Auto-chlor does not service.
Great company to do business with. Very responsive when there is an issue. I highly recommend using them in a restaurant setting. Nathan has always been first class when it comes to servicing our account.
We've tried several chemical supply and dish machine companies. AutoChlor has been the best value for our Italian restaurant pizzeria. Great products and excellent customer support!
