Auntie Anne's

On Sunday, October 12, I visited one of your locations and had a disappointing experience. While I was waiting in line for my order to be taken, one of the cashiers (she was a chubby caucasian lady) left the register unattended in the middle of assisting another customer, leaving the other employee alone to handle the entire line. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve noticed unprofessional behavior at this location. The employees are often rude and roll their eyes when customers ask questions. I hadn’t had a chance to share my experience earlier, but it came to mind after visiting another Auntie Anne’s location recently, where the service was significantly better. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that management can address these customer service issues at this p

The three young ladies at the front desk at this location actually made my day. They were all very kind and pleasant and even suggested a delicious dip for my pretzels. I wish more young women acted like the three ladies working at this establishment. Very professional very knowledgeable and personable. They also were very knowledgeable about the products they offer. 5 stars all around!

I have 3 stars only because the girl working the counter was wonderful; however the food was not great and everything is nearly double the cost of your everyday Auntie Anne’s. The wait is also a bit outrageous for overpriced food/drinks. So the 3 stars are for you girl! I wish I could remember your name but your customer service skills are above and beyond

The staff was nice the pretzel was lousy and cost over $5.

The cinnabon has relocated here during covid-19. Glad to see they are still around. I love a good cinnabon for dessert. Passed on this today and went for a caramel apple across the way.
