Customer service needs a bit more practice; there's a bearded guy who's always in a bad mood and answers rudely. If you arrive at 5 and they don't have the product you want, eat here.And there's never any food, they only sell what's easiest for them to make, terrible service

The customer service is just bad, everyone is always in a bad mood. Evelyn ignored me didn’t talk to me and the only time she talked to me was to ask me if i wanted to leave a tip. Absolutely disrespectful.

We have tried several times to purchase a pretzel or pretzel nuggets when we've gone to the mall but they never have them ready. We always have to wait 10-15 minutes. This time we waited. We purchased an order of the large pretzel nuggetts. They used to be thick, soft, and chewy. This time they were thin and hard. Almost like they were older but we watched them take the pan out of the oven. I sadly think I'll pass next time we're shopping at the mall.

don’t get me wrong - the pretzels were very good. it’s the lack of customer service that i rate this place a one star. last night, my partner and i asked for two cups of salted pretzels. at first, me and my partner were told the pretzels were being made and would take 25 minutes. no big deal. we walked around the mall a little bit and then made our way back over. when we got back it was the same guy that told us the 25 minute wait. so we said the same thing again. he VERY rudely said “we only have this one cup. that’s it. are you gonna take it or not?” instead of saying something on the lines of “im sorry, we only have this one cup. will that be alright?” very displeased with this experience and will probably not go back if he is the one at the register. managers: train your cashiers on ho

I get pretzels here frequently and the young man that works there is polite and tries hard to get your order in a timely matter... They sometimes are pretty busy but worth the wait.
